The mobile layout was disabled because I've made some changes to the normal layout and was too lazy to make those changes to the mobile one too. Also I was afraid the layout differences could break some of the scripts on the site.
This was a long time ago, I took another look and I think everything should work fine so I've gone ahead and enabled it. You'll have to select it manually from the bottom right.
